Yep - the Brothers looked at the Man and said, "We shall go our own way." Our Moms agree. They are happy we are off on our own.
BAND BIO
Mic Timko is the front man and whirling dirvish of the Acoustic Brothers. His soulful voice and enthusiastic stage presence cannot be ignored. He has fronted many groups in the Detroit area ... some of which still owe him money. But seriously - we love him, like ... well ... a Brother. Everytime he steps on stage, he brings it all.
Chris "Supreme C" Michaels holds down the keys and acoustic guitar. With his trademark smile and hands thrust in the air, Chris is never one to shy away from getting a crowd moving. Instead, his biggest fear is crashing into Mic center stage. A veteran of many musical styles - be careful not to encourage him into playing some schmaltzy lounge jazz or "Free Bird" between songs - he just may do it.
Bob "the Snake" Blackburn comes from the electric branch of the Brothers' family tree. Some say he was born with a guitar in his hands, others believe he is the illegitimate love child of ... When you see a deer in the headlights or a cheerleader ... think of Bob. If you don't understand, well... neither do we.
Christophe Zajac-Denek is the beatnick with the Beat. Christophe brings his extensive road experience to the brothers and teaches us some hard lessons. Will we ever learn?
